Summer Camp Activity Fee Waiver for Brokerage/Agency Clients

For 2025, MHKC will make 20 Summer Camp Activity Fee Waivers available. They will be for $250 each. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis, beginning at 8:00 AM on February 10th, 2025.

• Campers who are successfully enrolled in the 2025 season of Summer Camp and utilize Public Assistance to pay for Camp are eligible.
• This waiver will cover $250 of the $450 Summer Camp Activity Fee. The remaining $200 will still need to be paid by the family/caregiver.
• Once completed, the form must be submitted to the Portland Office via:

  • hand delivered (10725 SW Barbur Blvd Ste 50, Portland, OR 97219)
    *Please do not USPS mail in Waivers as our mail is sometimes delayed in arrival.
• Forms will be date and time stamped upon receipt and the first 20 eligible applications will be approved.
• Individuals who are granted the waiver will be notified by February 15, 2025.
• Once the 20 waivers are distributed no further waivers or reductions will be available through MHKC.
